You may register only one Account with cuan31. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. Each household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one Account.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers). Maximum deposit amounts are set to promote responsible gaming and may be adjusted based on your Account status and verification level.

Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within a specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days). Failure to meet requirements within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
cuan31 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players, exploiting software errors, or any other behavior deemed to be abusive or fraudulent. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated.
cuan31 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from promotions if we believe they are abusing the promotion or violating these Terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by cuan31. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your Account history, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
Bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies. For sports betting, results are determined by official league or tournament records. For togel games, results are based on official draw announcements from the respective lottery authorities. Settlement times vary by event type but are typically completed within 24 hours of the event conclusion.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, results, or game malfunction, cuan31 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include: incorrect odds that are significantly different from market standards, technical glitches resulting in incorrect payouts, or display errors on slot machines or casino games.
Each game type (sports betting, slots, table games, live casino, togel) has specific rules which are available within the game interface or on the cuan31 website. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before participating in any game.
Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through their Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately (a cooling-off period of 24-72 hours applies). Limits can be decreased immediately at any time.
All games on cuan31 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness and randomness. Players are prohibited from using any automated betting systems, bots, or exploits. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime.
cuan31 makes no guarantees regarding winning outcomes, profitability, or return on wagers. All gambling involves risk, and players may lose their entire deposited funds. Past performance and displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages are statistical averages over millions of bets and do not predict individual results.
The Platform may include games, content, or services provided by third-party developers and providers. cuan31 is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or functionality of third-party content. Any issues with third-party games should be reported to our customer support for resolution.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money. cuan31 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from bets, loss of winnings due to technical errors, or emotional distress related to gaming outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuan31's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
cuan31 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet service disruptions, power outages, or pandemics.
We reserve the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your Account at any time if we suspect Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or if we need to conduct additional security or compliance checks. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals.
cuan31 may immediately terminate your Account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continued service is inadvisable. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit all funds in your Account balance.
You may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed and you will not be able to create new accounts. To request self-exclusion, contact our customer support team.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your Account balance (subject to meeting all wagering requirements and verification). Accounts with pending bonuses may not be closed until bonus conditions are met or bonuses are forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with remaining balances may be subject to monthly maintenance fees. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.
Upon termination or closure of your Account, all rights to use the Platform immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.
All content on the cuan31 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of cuan31 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

When material changes are made, we will notify you via email, in-app notification, or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
